| IF YOUR TRASH IS NOT OUT We ask that each customer set their trash out by 5:00 a.m. on their pick up day. Because of the time it takes to return to an address that was not out on time we are unable to go back for any customer that our driver has called in to the office as “NOT OUT.” |
EXTRA TRASH If you have bulky items to be picked up or extra trash, please call our office prior to your pickup day. There is a fee for bulky items and extra trash and it is our company policy for the driver not to take these items without office approval. |
SINGLE STREAM RECYCLING Now offering curbside recycling. We accept paper, plastic, metal, and cardboard in the recycling tote. |
